POLICIES

ALL SERVICES ARE PROHIBITED IF:

You are pregnant/breastfeeding.

You have a serious medical condition such as cancer, epilepsy, etc.

You have diabetes.

You are on blood thinners.

You have gotten/are scheduled to get the Covid-19 vaccine less than 2 weeks BEFORE/AFTER your eyebrow appointment or touch up.

You were on Accutane within the last 12 months.

You have keloid scars or a tendency to develop keloids scarring from minor cuts/scratches.

You have a sunburn around the eyebrows.

You are under the age of 18 years.

BOOKING AND DEPOSITS:

A $100 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) is required for all new set bookings. This policy applies to new and existing clients.

A $50 deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable) is required for all touchup appointments past 18 months from your last session.

If you are an existing client that has gone to another artist to do your touchup, you will no longer be able to book a touchup session. You will be charged the full amount for $750 for Corrective Work. Please understand that every artist uses their own pigment line, pigment mixture, and technique. Working over someone else's work is much more difficult, takes a lot more time, and will likely require multiple sessions.

CANCELLATIONS:

Should you need to rebook your appointment, please do so 1 week before your appointment date to avoid losing your deposit. A one-time deposit transfer will be applied to your new date. Any requests to rebook with less than a week's notice will result in loss of deposit and the full payment (at the current rate) will be required up-front if you choose to book again.
